Athlete Lab is the number one indoor cycling training venue in London. The Lab has been designed for cyclists and triathletes giving them the ability to train hard accompanied by highly technical training from our expert coaches.  We train on real bikes that are unique to us and allow athletes to replicate their real road positions.

Job position: Cycling and Triathlon Coach- Several roles available for both Self employed and employed opportunities.

If you have a genuine passion for cycling or triathlon and are a keen cyclist we want to work with you! We are looking for individuals who are on their way to becoming expert coaches and want to develop their skills to take them to the next level.

As a coach you will explain the training goals of your session designed by our Head of Performance,  providing coaching and training points throughout. Please note you will not be riding in the session, Athlete Lab is not a spin studio.  Engaging with clients on a daily basis you will have the energy to make an impact on your session.

The role is based on shifts – 06:00- 11:00 and 16:30- 21:30. In the first few months of the role, you will also be offered a shift from 11:00 – 1500. In the future we expect you to replace the midday shift with private client work.

Desired:

  • Ability to design individualized coaching programmes via Training Peaks

  • Previous experience of leading group rides

  • Experience of multi-day event racing- Haute Route/ La Fuga/ Ironman

In your application please outline your availability and number of shifts you would expect to take. Typically we are looking for coaches to do a minimum of 3 shifts per week (15 hours). The role will include 2 Saturday shifts a month 08:00- 13:00. In the summer months (July/ August) the Saturday shifts will be replaced with outdoor ride leads.
