Our in house Cycling Performance Experts can write 1-to-1 coaching programs, tailored to suit your training needs. They’ll work closely with you in order to help you achieve and exceed your goals from season to season. Our coaches work with all levels of athletes, from those who have never ridden before all the way up to Elite riders. We have coaches here to work with athletes in all disciplines. Our Multi-sport coaches create and run sessions for all levels of athlete, from those of you competing in your first duatholon or triathlon, to those aiming to reach the heights of the Ironman World Championships in Kona. We can help you train both on and off the bike with our Bespoke 1-to-1 coaching plans. more info
At Athlete Lab our exercise specialists create cycling and triathlon specific strength and conditioning sessions. We run group sessions, for up to 4 people at a time, that aim to develop key areas of performance, isolate and improve weak points and provide injury prevention that can be integrated into your cycling training. Our custom made Athlete Lab bikes have full 4-way adjustment enabling us to replicate your correct riding position. They use Shimano groupsets and have no flywheel distorting your pedal stroke like you get on spin bikes. Our accurate built-in power meters, allow us to create specific training sessions and provide reliable data feedback after every session.
From beginner to elite athlete, we help riders of all levels learn to utilize power based training to progress to the next level. Our sessions are all created in-house by our cycling performance experts, allowing you to train to set Power Zones in each specified workout.
At the end of every training session we send out race reports giving a full breakdown of the session you completed, allowing you to reliably measure your performance and progress as your training develops. Our coaches can help you understand the post-session reports and work with you, using your data feedback to improve your performance throughout your training.
Our training sessions are created by experienced and qualified coaches, using up to date training methodology in order to make your training as effective and accurate as possible.
Athlete Lab bikes are the real deal so there is never a need to lug your bike around town.
However, if you choose to ride here you’re more then welcome to store your bike in the Lab during your session.
